# Privacy policy

### 1. About this Policy

Dirol Labs ("Dirol", "we", "us" or "our") is responsible for the personal data we use to operate Dirol Social. This Policy covers our desktop website, mobile notice page, accounts, trading tools and social features. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to \[<hello@dirol.io>].

### 2. Information we process

Account and login information. Your email address or information supplied through the X login you authorize, such as account ID, handle, display name and profile image; your Dirol profile, account settings and authentication records. Basic X login does not authorize access to private messages or posting on X.

Wallet and trading information. Wallet addresses and account associations; balances, deposits and withdrawals; quotes, routes, trade instructions, settings, fees and transaction status; and, when you use Perps, order, collateral and position information. Privy handles key-related and signing operations through the configured wallet workflow. Do not send keys to support.

Social and support information. Content, messages, interactions and reports you submit through the social features you use, plus communications needed to handle support requests.

Technical information. Website and security records such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device information, session identifiers, requested pages, timestamps and error logs. Information comes from you, your browser, the login and wallet providers you use, public blockchains, trading infrastructure and other users' interactions with you.

### 3. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide wallet access, obtain quotes, process trades, operate social features and respond to requests. Where applicable, we rely on performance of our agreement for data necessary to provide these requested services.

We rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights, for proportionate security, fraud prevention, moderation, diagnostics and dispute handling. Legal obligations justify processing the records they require. Optional marketing or tracking needs a separate lawful basis and consent where required; accepting the Terms is not blanket consent.

Required account and trade functions cannot work without the necessary information.

### 4. Social visibility and public blockchains

Public profiles, posts and any wallet information, trades, positions or PnL they display can connect your social identity to trading activity. Holders-chat members can read and copy messages. Restricted access is not a promise of confidentiality or end-to-end encryption.

Blockchain addresses, transfers, amounts and contract activity can be public independently of Dirol and linked to social information. We cannot erase finalized public blockchain records; this does not remove our duties for data and identity links we control.
